It’s that simple. We take care of all paint jobs on the interior and the exterior and your agent/you pay for the labor after you close. We only ask that your agent/you cover the cost of the paint/materials. In the typical contractor model, they want payment upfront; their production cycles are too long. It takes too long to get on their schedules and they don’t work with any urgency with respect to your agent’s/your schedule. We’ll get you a fresh look, less days on market, and higher prices!
The Five Steps of Paint Now, Pay Later

First, we will coordinate with your realtor regarding the best time to come to your home for a free consultation. We’ll ask you about your goals, timelines, and expectations. We don’t sell one-size-fits-all kind of solutions. Each client is different and each situation will require different solutions.
We’ll all walk through the house together and discuss potential challenges and resolutions. We only want to fix the areas that will give you the most bang for your buck. Our purpose is to drive your sales price way up and nothing else.

After the initial walk-through, our consultant will return to his vehicle for 10 - 20 minutes to input all the data into our software. He’ll come back with our analysis of previously discussed items into three tiers of recommendations. He’ll present each tier to you and your agent along with the benefits of each tier.

Once you give the green light, we take over. Our team of professionals will paint your home. No shortcuts, no Mess, and as little intrusion as possible into your daily life. The result? A fresh, modern look that gets you the highest possible sale price. We use the best tools, top-quality materials, and years of expertise to deliver results that WOW buyers.

Now your house looks incredible! It’s time for you to list it. We’ll be in constant contact with your agent with our progress. They’ll know exactly when we’re done so we can get your house listed ASAP. Your home will stand out from the competition, making buyers eager to schedule viewings. We’ve done our part, now watch as the offers roll in—higher and faster than they would without this professional touch.

When your home sells and you close the deal, that’s when we get paid. Not before. You only pay for the labor when the sale is finalized.
While the goal is to help your home sell quickly, we will discuss payment options if the house doesn’t sell within 6 months or is taken off of the market. However, most of our clients see their homes sell faster thanks to the enhanced curb appeal from our work.
Our Tier System

The first tier will be our Silver tier. If you’re just looking for a few touch-ups or for some smaller problem areas to be resolved. This might cover drywall patches and repainting a few smaller rooms. The most critical problems will have been addressed and it will help buyers view your home as mostly in move-in condition, but may still need some work. You should expect a 40-60% return on your investment. For example, $10,000 of work done should net around a $15,000 increase in price.

Tier Two will be a Gold tier where you can address bigger areas or even several areas of concern. This will likely cover problems like painting the exterior or the interior of the home. Buyers will have no trouble seeing themselves moving right in after closing. This listing will show well and will move faster than average. You should expect a 90-110% return on your investment. For example, $20,000 of work done should net around a $40,000 increase in price.

Finally, Tier Three will be our Platinum tier. We will pack as much value into this tier as reasonably possible. We expect a “WOW” factor when a potential buyer views the house after we are done. At this level, every room in the interior and every foot of the exterior will have been refreshed as needed. Every area of concern will be addressed. Buyers will want to do no additional work.This listing will move quickly and you may expect top dollar. You should expect a 140-160% return on your investment. For example, $30,000 of work done should net around a $75,000 increase in price.
Remember, you aren’t paying for most of this upfront. You’ll only pay for the materials. In most cases that’s only 10-15 gallons of paint. You only pay out of the closing costs when you sell your house. There are ZERO additional costs. No memberships. No obligations. No fine print.

Silver Tier: Typically 1-3 days.
Gold Tier: Typically 3-7 days due to additional preparation and painting layers.
Platinum Tier: 5-14 days, depending on the complexity of the work and any additional repairs or custom finishes.
We provide a detailed timeline before starting the project, and we coordinate with you and your real estate agent to make sure everything aligns with your sales timeline.
