What we collect
When you use our site or request a quote, we may collect: the name, email address, phone number, property address, and project details you provide; basic site analytics such as page views, device type, and referring URL; and technical data (IP address, browser type) as needed to operate the site. If you submit the contact form, we store your message in our internal lead database.
How we use it
We use the information you share to prepare quotes, schedule walkthroughs, communicate about an active project, invoice, and follow up on completed work. We use aggregated site analytics to understand which pages are helpful and which need improvement.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your contact details with outside marketing companies. Your project photographs and details are not published anywhere without your explicit consent.
Third-party services
We use a handful of well-known vendors to run the business: Google (business profile + maps), Sherwin-Williams (color matching), our payment processor, and standard website analytics. Each of those vendors operates under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Quote requests, project files, and invoices are retained as long as needed to service your project and meet our tax and warranty obligations (typically seven years). You can ask us to delete any record we're not legally required to keep — just email [email protected].
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. You can decline site cookies through your browser settings, though some interactive pieces of the site may stop working.
Updates to this policy
