Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of this website and services provided by Beams & Dreams Painting. Our written project bid remains the binding agreement for any painting work.
Agreement
By using beamsanddreamsllc.com you agree to these terms. If you hire Beams & Dreams Painting LLC for a painting project, the written and signed project bid is the complete agreement governing that work; these site terms are supplemental.
Quotes and estimates
Instant-estimator numbers and phone estimates are good-faith preliminary figures based on the information you provide. Our final, binding proposal is produced only after an in-person walkthrough and is delivered in writing. Once signed, the scope and price are fixed unless you request a change order.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior work is weather-dependent. We may reschedule work for rain, temperatures outside manufacturer specifications, or unsafe conditions without penalty. We give as much notice as the weather allows.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for the period stated on your signed bid. The warranty covers defects in our application and preparation. Substrate failure, acts of nature, and owner-modified surfaces are not covered. Claims must be made in writing to [email protected] during the warranty period.
Payment
Payment terms are documented on the signed proposal. Most residential projects use a modest deposit at start and the balance on completion. Commercial and multi-phase projects may use milestone billing. We accept card, ACH, and check.
Intellectual property
All text, photography, branding, and code on this site is owned by Beams & Dreams Painting LLC. You may share links to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Commercial reuse requires written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Arkansas law, our liability for any claim related to this site or a painting project is limited to the amount paid to us for the work in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Faulkner County, Arkansas. Before filing suit, we agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by writing to [email protected].
