Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Beams & Dreams Painting LLC carries full general liability and workers' comp insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request with any bid.

Question 2

What's the difference between a bid and an estimate?

Accepted Answer

A bid is a contract — the number on it is the final number, period. An estimate is a guess that can change when the invoice arrives. We only write bids. If we underestimated the project, that's on us, not on you.

How much does a typical paint job cost?

Accepted Answer

Interior repaints in Central Arkansas typically run $2,500–$8,000 depending on square footage and ceiling height. Full exterior repaints range $4,000–$15,000. Cabinet refinishing starts around $3,000 for a typical kitchen. Every project gets a written fixed-bid — no guessing.

Do you use premium paint?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We specify Sherwin-Williams Duration or Emerald on exteriors, Cashmere on interiors, and a dedicated cabinet enamel on kitchens. The exact product is documented on your bid. We don't upcharge for premium paint — it's the only kind we use.

Question 5

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

Interior repaints: 2–5 days. Full exteriors: 4–7 working days weather permitting. Cabinets: 5–7 days with doors refinished off-site. We give you a specific schedule with your bid and we stick to it.

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — financing is available on every project we take on. Soft credit check, terms from 12 to 84 months, most approvals same-day. See the financing page for how it works.

Do you work in my neighborhood?

Accepted Answer

Probably yes. We serve Little Rock, Conway, Maumelle, Chenal Valley, North Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Cabot, Greenbrier, and over forty other Central Arkansas communities. If you don't see your town listed, call us — we travel for the right project.

Question 8

What's the Good-as-Gold guarantee?

Accepted Answer

If the finished work isn't good enough for us to have in our own home, it isn't done. We walk every project with you before we call it complete, and if anything needs a touch-up, we come back at no charge.

Question 9

Do I need to move my furniture?

Accepted Answer

No. We move and protect furniture as part of the job. We also cover floors, mask trim, and tape off fixtures. On exterior jobs we flag landscaping and protect plantings. Daily clean-up is included.

Question 10

Can I supply my own paint?

Accepted Answer

You're welcome to — though we usually recommend against it. We get wholesale pricing from Sherwin-Williams and we know which product is right for your substrate. If you have a specific color already mixed, we'll happily use it.
